MARTINA BENESOVA


Martina has travelled all around the world and lived on a few continents before she settled in Bow Valley, finding Banff a magical home where she can pursue her love for an outdoor adventure. Growing up as a downhill ski racer in Slovakia, completing her studies in Melbourne, Australia and becoming a yoga teacher here in Banff.
Martina is a committed coach with passion, empathy, determination, and a desire to be an elite coach at the forefront of the health and fitness industry. She prides herself on being educated and having willingness to continually learn, try new things and grow as both an individual, and as a coach.  Currently finished 2200hr Therapeutic Massage Therapy School to further enhance her education.
Her  humour and kind spirit largely contributes to Bow Valley community; as a movement coach, fascial stretch therapist, 500hr yoga teacher and legacy Lululemon Ambassador, spreading her love through Banff and Canmore.
Passion for the outdoors and natural movement makes the Rockies the ideal place for Martina's active lifestyle; exploring the mountains by backcountry long-distance hiking in summer, ski touring and cross-country skiing in winter.
